Dr Cameron Loy
Cameron Loy is a specialist General Practitioner who is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Cameron has undertaken further training in general practice in child health, women’s health, rural general practice and research. He has an active interest in teaching and training in general practice as a supervisor, examiner and in other assessment roles in the profession. He enjoys being often the first point of contact for health problems and getting to know people and their health needs over their lives.Dr Giang Nguyen
Dr Kathryn Rainsford
General Practitioner, Female, MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Kathryn Rainsford commenced working in Lara in 2023. She has lived in Geelong for 19 years and has been working in Footscray for most of that time. Her interests include working with older patients and marginalised communities including refugees and people with intellectual disabilities. Outside of work she enjoys walking along the Barwon and caring for pet chickens.

Dr Heidi Zoumboulakis
Dr Heidi Zoumboulakis is a specialist General Practitioner and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She graduated From Monash University in 2013. She enjoys all aspects of general practice with a particular interest in women’s health and sexual health. Heidi is a section 100 HIV prescriber. She has an interest in education and tutors medical students at Deakin University.

Jimmy grew up and studied in Camden NSW, before moving to Canberra to complete his medical degree at the Australian National University. He completed his internship in Bega NSW and two residency years at Canberra Hospital. He then moved to Melbourne, doing locum work in a variety of medical and surgical disciplines at various rural and urban hospitals throughout Victoria, NSW and Queensland for three years before starting work as a GP registrar in Corio and Lara. He is, accordingly, interested in all areas of medicine and welcomes anyone for any reason. Outside of medicine, he enjoys gardening (particularly in propagating deciduous trees), road trips, and the snow. He speaks some Hebrew. |

Dr John Noyahr
Hello, I’m Dr. John Noyahr, and I’m delighted to be part of the team at You Yangs Medical Clinic in Lara. I believe in building strong relationships with my patients and providing care that addresses their individual needs. My professional interests are diverse and include supporting optimising the health and wellbeing of our older adults, nurturing the health of children, understanding and assisting those facing challenges with addiction, and promoting positive Mental Health. In my downtime, I enjoy a good laugh watching stand-up comedy and staying informed (and entertained!) by listening to podcasts. I look forward to meeting you and working together for your well-being here at You Yangs Medical Clinic in Lara.

Dr Simran Singh
Dr Singh is an international graduate with over a decade experience in healthcare sector including six years working in Australian hospitals. He has experience across a wide range of specialities including obstetrics and gynaecology, general medicine, general surgery, paediatrics, geriatrics, emergency medicine and intensive care unit.
Dr Singh strongly believes in patient advocacy and works cohesively with patients, taking time to listen to their concerns, to develop personalised management plans to suit their unique health goals.
Dr Singh is an avid motorcyclist and a traveller who loves to explore new destinations with his family and friends.

Dr Ric Milner (9.1.1954 - 1.3.2023)
Dr Ric Milner worked in Lara for 30 years. A master of the profession of general practice, he taught generations of GPs in training who have seen in him, how to do this work and strive to do it as well as it can be done. Ric will be missed greatly but the echos of what he has done in our town and for our community will live on each day.

Dr John Scaife (14.11.1950 - 7.4.2023)
Dr John Scaife was a sharp clinician who had excellent medical and clinical skills in being able to diagnose medical problems. John was an excellent diagnostician and had a devoted group of patients who saw him regularly. He helped them through all manner of life challenges and complexities. Dr Scaife is greatly missed and has certainly left his mark on our clinic and our wider community.
